WHAT IS TAT OR LEAD TIME?

TAT = turn around time. This term lets you know the anticipated time fram from time of purchase, through processing, all the way to it reaching you. "Lead time" is an interchangeble term with TAT, meaning the expected wait until I can begin a new order. 

HOW PROCESSING WORKS
Southern Needle Co is one person business run by me! (Kailey) Alongisde other jobs/ responsibilites. Due to this I can not work as quickly as bigger wleding cap businesses. I make caps in the order of when they are confirmed and purchased. I beleive this to be the most fair way to tackle to amount of love you guys have been showing me! While very appreciated sometimes it can be overwhelming. I create a schedule each week to help me work at a managable pace putting out X amount of caps per week. This ensures that your caps stay high quality and have the slow detail handcrafted feel you're here for!
I periodically update the TAT above cart when you check out. Please take time to read these details. I have in the past had people unhappy with the wait, while it is always disclosed. I always want my customers happy to its important to me that you are all filled in. 

As of APR 10 my lead time is 7-9 weeks (esitmate).
