CHANGES TO ORDER
After submitting an order you have a 48 hour window to edit requests or make changes to your size, design, or customizations.
For example, changing what you would like embroidered, changing a color/pattern etc. After this window your order is considered processed or "locked in" where changes cannot be made.
WRONG ADRESS?
If you have submitted an order and think the wrong adress has been submitted with you name, or if for any reason it needs to be edited during lead time please reach out ASAP. These edits can be made longer term. However if you have not notified me prior to label being purchased or shipment being made, (very last minute) customer will have to repurchase shipping cost.
CAP DOES NOT FIT?
Customers are intructed to measure their head and give me a number in inches to then be converted to my size chart. This is what ensures a truly custom fit. If you do not use instructions and your cap does not fit, you will not be compensated as I leave detailed information on how to do this, as well as always being open to questions along the way.
RETURNS
Colors, embroidery, patterns, and sizing vary from cap to cap. Due to the handmade nature and individual customizations, there are no refunds once cap has been shipped or received. Cancellation only in the first 48 hours will result in a refund/return. After this period request of refund/cancellation will result in a store credit will be given applicable to future purchase. This is to ensure materials and product is not wasted on business's behalf.
